I've been in a couple of local papers following successful and unsuccessful (body recovery) searches (I volunteer on a Search and Rescue Team). When we bring a body out it's funny (in a gallows kind of way) how we stop before we hit the area where reporters are and make sure nothing can be seen and we''re being respectful of the body. Once we had to take a bag full of bones and put them on a stretcher and then we added some of our equipment to make it look like there was a bit more than what we had.
A glimse of me was on the 5 oclock news when I was 16 because of my neighbor. I was babysitting at my house when the bomb squad showed up on my doorstep.
My neighbor was a war fanatic and collector. He had bought what he thought was a war trophy which he proudly displayed on his coffee table and that fateful day it had started ticking.
Turns out it was an armor piercing tank missle capable of blowing up 7 city blocks.
We were evacuated for the night while a robot came in and defused the bomb. We stayed at my aunts house and it was rainy and every loud sound of thunder we wondered wether that was our house blowing up.

Yea, a few times. I won the citizen race of the 2007 http://www.cherrycreeksneak.com
And then back in HS for doing well in cross country races. I even had my picture used in the HS edition of runner's world for their promotional ads. it is a great shot, I need to find those extra copies I have laying around sometime.
