How can I apply for my parents to come to US?

I'm a citizen since 2005. I'm trying to bring my parents & two sisters to come and live with me. My parents are getting older and I like to take care of them.One of my sisters is sick and I need to help her to find a good treatment. My other sister is a medical student in Sudan, and I like her to continue here in US.
