How do I find a lawyer to help with my 401k account?

I have been trying to get my 401k account closed and I just keep getting the run around. I have been asking to have it closed since the 15th of June. I want it closed and need the cash to pay bills.

What are the reasons given? Some plans do not allow for immediate distribution, and if that is how the document reads, a lawyer will not help you. Please advise of what you are being told, so we can elaborate further.
