How do i get money owed to me after a fire burned a business down

I started working in a bar / restraunt/bowling alley here in South Dakota a fire back on september 1st burned the place down i worked everyday from May 5th to the night of the fire and never got paid a cent. So how would i go about trying to get that money owed to me
