It is very hard to locate a person in the Philippines using land titles as there are so many land title registries in different parts of the country. If the person filed taxes and paid social security that is centralized and may help you find the person but you would need a lawyer for that.

How do I locate someone in the Philippines?
I need to locate a spouse. He is in the Philippines. I do not have an address but I do understand he has bought property over there. The last Email I had from him he was very ill(Stroke). I don't even know if he is alive or dead. I need some help. Thanks. Jennia Beecher

I now undersand that since he is not a Philippine citizen, he could not have purchased land over there. Would it be possible to go through the embassy over there? If so I need contact information. Thanks Jennia Beecher
