HOW DO WE FILE OUR TAXES

I AM WORKING FULL TIME AND MY HUSBAND IS RETIRED. DRAWS SOCIAL SECURITY AND HAS NOT WORKED THIS YEAR. HOW DO WE FILE OUR TAXES THIS YEAR? I KNOW I WILL HAVE TO FILE BUT HOW DOES HE FILE WITHOUT HAVING WORKED?

WE WILL HAVE JOINT DEDUCTIONS, EXAMPLE: HOUSE INSURANCE,TAXES,ETC AND MEDICAL EXPENSES ,.

His social security is not taxable. You could file as head of the household and claim him as a dependent.

Call a tax service and just ask them. I know H&R Block usually gives out a little help especially to those type of questions.
