How to make pacifier lollipops without top color smearing with the bottom? ?

Im trying to do a blue and brown chocolate lollipop for my baby shower and cant seem to get the blue chocolate from rolling down towards the bottom where the brown goes? please can some 1 give me any instructions how? ? thanks yesi .... :o)
