How write retirement speech?

I would divide the speech into 3 parts. The first part would be about the job, itself. This would include the beginning of my career, the middle, and the last part of my career. The second part of the speech would be about the people who influenced me, those who made impressions on me, and those who helped me along the way. The third part of the speech would be about the goals that I met in my job, my achievements, and things I plan to do in retirement. This is alo the time to express gratitude to those people who deserve it.

I prepared a retirement video presentation for the superintendent of schools using various staff, teachers, parents, children and a few family members. We were able to include pictures throughout her career as a teacher, principal and finally as a superintendent. It took me 2-3 weeks to complete and it was my gift to her at the end of a 45 year career. She got a standing ovation and was in tears when it was over.

Be creative as you can, a speech is nice, however, there are so many different ways to do a retirement presentation.
