If you established a non-profit in Texas, can you move it to Colorado?

I am thinking of working with someone that has a 501c non-profit theraputic riding business in Texas and he is moving to Colorado. Will the non-profit be good in Colorado?

Yes you can transfer were you need if you own the business . There maybe cost involved .
