Is it crimical not seek help for a person medically?

Is it crimical not seek help for a person medically? and what is the chance of that person being charge with muder or that in Minnesota laws.

It may or may not be a crime depending upon the circumstances, do you want to elaborate? Morally you should at least help out, perhaps there's a way to do that anonymously. Call 911 from a pay phone or something.

If you are caring for an individual, child, elderly, or disabled person, and they need medical attention and you do not get it for them, you can be charged with medical neglect, if they does as a result, you can be charged with Medical neglect resulting in death among other things. If you say, walked by a car accident and chose not to help and the person died, that is not your fault.
