Is it illegal to withhold probate information from beneficiaries other than executors and executrixes?
My grandfather died, and the estate is in Probate court. The Executor and Executrix will not provide my mother with any information on the estate (her share of the inheritance). Is this legal?
He died in the beginning of February, and it is now May. Is the process to settle the estate supposed to take this long?
