Is it ok to wear open toed dress shoes with long sleeves?

Are you male or female? If you are female, I would say yes, but I've never been crazy about male wearing open toe shoes in a formal ocassions like wedding except for beach weddings.

Absolutely! You should wear some stappy, black leather heels that are open toed of course. If you really want to dress it up wear a big formal hat that incorporates all of the colors together. I can see a big gold, black, white, off white, or any multicolored hat as long as it incorporates the black to tie in with the shoes. Gold and silver in big hats has such a formal flare.
