My friend was injured on his job...the temp agency that employed him has him completing light duty in their office. However, they rarely give him work, they have him in a small room with no windows, no computer. The staff treats him as if he does not exist and the president of the temp agency nit picks everything he does. She also does not treat him as as employee and excludes him from office gatherings. She has ordered pizza one day, and had birthday cake another day and told him to man the front desk, on both occassions without even offering him anything....He as no office skills what so over he worked in a warehouse. Is this unfair treatment?
