Massage

What kind of business liicense do i need to be able to give my clients a sensual massage.I am not a cmt however i am a trained massage therapist can somebody please tell me if I let it be known that i am not a cmt can i give massages and it be legal in the state of calif.

In California, there is no state certification, but each city is different as to it's requirements so you need to check with the city (town hall) to see what the laws are.

You are right to say that you have to let them know that you are not certified. As of Sept. 2009, you will not be able to use Certified Massage Therapist, certified massage practitioner, or certified body worker unless you become certified by the CAMTC.

Definitely check with your city to see what your options are.
