Maytag Neptune 3 years old MD#MDG9700AWW

It is a gas dryer. It won't heat on any cycle. How do I tell if it is the igniter or the panel board?

It turned out to be the igniter. It only cost $25.00, to fix -it ourselves.Thanks for the responses. very helpful!
