First of all... why are you taking baby aspirin? baby aspirin is only recommended for the prevention of the SECOND heart attack... not to stop one in the first case. and yes drinking can raise your AST level, however your AST levels are quite high and a cause for concern. Be sure to get another test and don't drink before this one. This could be indicative of cirrhosis...
