My question is about mineral rights/royalty payments
My grandmother owned land and the family is spliting the royalty payments from the children to the grandchildren, I was deliberatly left out because I was adopted. I was adopted at birth by this family and they are leaving me out of my father's share. I have birth certificate and proof, can they legally leave me out of the loop or do I have rights to the royalties as well?
