Need a 30x77 storm or screen door

I, would like to put a lock on my back storm door ,so it can be locked from the outside, now I, can only lock it from the inside, when I, go out I, would like to be able to lock it I, am a senior and do not have...

The storm in may down atree and my fence it belong to the people next door .we cut up most of the tree that fell in my yard ,now they dont want to pay ,say the insureance didnt pay them enought.

I bought a Larson Storm Door, but have lost the Latch Installation instructions. Does anyone know where I can find them? It is a Screen Away Storm Door.
