No hot water

12 degrees. Aquahut water heater on outside. Lines insulated. I have cold water but no water from the hot line. Before I check the pilot light (because of the temperature), do you think the pilot light is out and/or the outside lines are frozen?

The pilot light out would not resrict flow from the hot waterline, sounds like it is blocked or broken you better dress warm and go out and check it.
