Old picture
Hi;
I have large ( 18" x 40" ) antique picture. It looks like a watercolor painting? of Rome. Yet, it has a C in a circle with the numbers 4017. Assuming it's a copyright number. I would like to find out more about it. Or where I can go to find out the manufacturer. If you have any information on it, it would be greatly appreciated.
