You can't do much. If your debt is really bad I would suggest bankruptcy. If you are in the process of bankrutcy they cannot contact you regarding your debt. So pretty much if you start the process and they call, stop by or mail you and you tell them you are working on a bankrupcy they cannot make any more contact until you go to court.
If your debt is not bad enough to file - then check your local harrasment laws. In Colorado if you notify a company in WRITING that they cannot contact you regarding debt then they cannot make any contact except serving a court summons. Also - CO has a 3-5 year statute of limitations law regarding debt. Depending on the type of debt they only have 3-5 years to collect before they cannot pursue any legal action after that time you can charge them with harrasment.
