Propane storage

I want to know what the osha regulations and guidelines are for the storage of propane canisters, such as to be used on fork lifts. There are two cannisters. How are the empty ones and full ones to be stored?

Please dont store them inside a building , they will leak off@ take them outside 50 feet from any house or any where there is people , aginst a wall with chains locking , so they wont fall over , and have caps on top so know one can turn them on , and a sign stateing that stay away at least 50 feet no smoking , gas
