RENTAL PROPERTY

I BOUGHT A TRAILER AND A PIECE OF LAND IN 1989, LIVED IN IT FOR A FEW YEARS GOT MARRIED, AND RENTED IT OUT, GOT A DIVORCE MOVED BACK IN, IN 2002, MOVED OUT IN 2004, RENTED AGAIN. I PAID 45000.00 FOR IT AND I AM NOW SELLING IT FOR 35000.00, IT IS PAID FOR, NOTHING OWED, I'M SURE FOR A FEW YEARS IT WAS DEPRECIATED WITH MY TAXES, HOW DO I CALCULATE HOW MUCH TAXES I WILL HAVE TO PAY ON THIS AFTER I SELL IT?
