My name is Enrique and I live in Los Angeles California and my electrical stove is not working properly. One of the burners turns read hot when we set it to medium. I asked my landlord to come and checked it, but she said there was nothing wrong with it. My food got burned several times. She is saying that they are not replacing nor fixing the unit. The stove is a little more than 11 years old. What can I do?
