Serious eye problems

I have significan diabetic macular edema in my left eye. An elevated iop of 23 in my left eye. The problem is i have no medical insurance and am only working part-time and can not afford the cost of getting my eyes treated. What do i do!

You can try cataract careby similasan its a homeopathic solution avaible from swanson.com

I don't have cataracts, I've had them in the past and had surgery. My problem is the diabetic muscular edema and glucoma.
