SSN and US Citizenship

I came in US in 1991 with greencard, I applied for SSN ,and 3 years later I had US citizenship, I have US passport but, every year my school still asks me the proof of US citizen because in FASA stated that my SSN shows I am not US citizen. What do I do . Thank you for your help.

Start with your local social security off and take all documentation to get it corrected
