Taking my daughter out of state

Does my ex fiance have the right to take my daughter out of state for christma that to so be that i do not get her for either christmas nor didnt get her on thanksgiving

Usually when you set up a custody agreement, you decide how you will handle holidays. If you haven't set anything up yet, then there really isn't anything that you can do this close to christmas. I would get with a lawyer and add your conditions to the agreement. If you do have an agreement that she is violating then no she is not allowed to take her out of state.
