The top cement slab 10"x18'' had a crack across the top plus gap around the bottom approx 1/16'' or less slab its self doesn't see lose is there a

I assume this is 10ft. by 18 ft concrete slabs are prone to surface cracks like a pencil line this is normal where i live however if the cracks are widening it is an indication of a bigger problem . they can be cosmedically patched but will open again . there several crack compounds you can get from your local lumber co.
