TLD-xd2000 on/standby green flashing

I have a toshiba TLD-XD200 projector when I put on the power cord the on/standby led is getting orange
when I put the projector on by pressing the on/standy button the on/standby led is turning into a flashing green.
But no light or picture showing.

In the trouble indication is not giving any inform about this.
What is going wrong.
