Unauthorized use of access card

I used a access card without permission, charged $400.00 for fuel. Is this considered a misdemeanor or felony in the state of Louisiana?

Was not arrested just given a summons and will be notified of court date. Have no criminal history. Going thru bad divorce and made this bad mistake. I did it right or wrong.

This is a felony in any state and since you told him they may drop this way down and not charge you with a felony . but a misd, and let you pay this back . but iam not sure how angry the said person is that you used the card from.
