Washing machine leaking

My washer just started leaking from underneath. It's not coming from the pipes or hoses. It started about 3 days ago and wasn't too bad so I thought maybe it's getting a little too crazy on the spin cycle and splashing over, but today it was the worst. There was a huge puddle running out from underneath - middle mostly in the back, but in front too. Suggestons? My hubby works nights and won't be able to look at it till tomorrow morning, but isn't a plumber so I would like to be able to send him in the right direction.

This happened to me once, and it could be several things, but with mine it was simple, take off the back panel of the machine, toward the bottom is a hose coming off the pump that pumps out the water, mine was slipping and just needed a new clamp. Beyond that, I wouldn't know LOL Good Luck though ;)

Yuck. not good.

I hope you get it fixed.

I don't know much about fixing washers. I looked on my expertise on my profile, and it doesn't say anything about fixing washers.
