There is condensation or water comming from the freezer. It should be going down to a pan that sits under your fridge. The condensation is caused by the difference in temp from freezer to fridge. The water runs down from freezer along the back wall of fridge puddles under drawers. Check to see if your pan is filling under fridge, if not you may want to contact a repair facility or your warranty to fix this. Don't do any work on fridge yourself, it is very dangerous to risk with the freon it contains.
It is a mess I know, it happened to mine too.
