What does it mean to be born with a veil over your face?

There was a thick layer of amniotic fluid on your face being normal and all new born babies are born like that.

Some babies have what is called a "caul" over their faces. this is part of the sac that contains the baby and the amniotic fluid before the child is born.
Years ago if you were born into a sailing community with a caul.it was dried and placed in a small leather bag that was worn around the neck and was said to keep you safe from drowning

I have been told by my mom that I was born with a veil over my face. I also wondered what it meant. I searched for answers. After Searching I found that it meant that I could see spirits. My mom told me when I was little girl that as I lay sleeping in the bed with her, I saw a firgure of a man standing over the bed. She said I described him and it turned out to be her father. The next morning he was dead. I don't remember it maybe because I was too young. But I do remember two other instances. Both happened when I was about 5 years old. One time I saw a dog under the dining room table and was afraid to go to the kitchen where my mom was at the time. The dog was dead. Another time I was in the living room and a little caucasion girl of about 5 years of age in a white dress, with long blond hair wanted to play with me. So I went to get my barbie doll and we began to play in the living room.

Now that I am 35 I don't see spirits like I used to, but I do feel spirit around me or in certain places.

I disagree because that is not what it means. And It is easy for anyone to have something put by them. We all have been deceived before. It is also easy to make speculations if you have not experienced it yourself.

I was told by elders in my family & mainly people from down south , that i was able to see visions that other people couldnt see, & i also dream about things before they happen. when i was 9 i was afraid of my bedroom closet because i would hear a man talk to me from there. one night this man who was completely black like a shadow came into my bed & covered my mouth and raped me, i didnt feel anything sexual happen to me buti could see what he was doing, & i also couldnt talk or scream. since then i have always dreamed of friends & family dying before it happens it even shows me how, its not always exact but oh so similiar! when i was 12 i stayed with my grandmother in tennesse for the summer & i saw about 6 dead people walking her house some where crying some were sitting on the steps some where talking to each other, i thought i was dreaming until my cousin woke up the next morning & said i had a dream about dead peolple walking around here , everything she said i saw , we both were not dreaming we didnt understand what really had happen. i still see black shadows & everytime i do, somebody i know passes away.sometimes i even hear a voice wisper in my ear. my pastor said it was a gift & to not be afraid & learn how to use it . but i am afraid because im 31 now & i havent outgrown this whatever it is. my mom was the same way, she grew out of it, my brother, & 7 of my cousin are all the same way. its very scary.and the scariest of them all is when i see someone i know & as we are talking i get a feeling that i will never see them again, & most of the time i was correct. they passed! i have seen a thearpist for this.and i still dont know anything except for what i see in my own life, nobody can give me an answer except your special .

Agree with Housewife31. There's an old wives tale , that says you have mystical powers. That you are like a witch , born with the power. Knew an old lady once that was born with a veil. She told me things that only I would know. Also gave me a very clear picture of my life as a young man. She told me about the war in Viet Nam , 6 years before it began. She also said I would wear the scars for life, didn't know what that meant. ( I surely do now.) Some say this veil business is crazy, I don't know... You figure it out...

I have a sister that was born with a veil over her face and my mom stated that with that came imaginary friends. She grew up placing with these imaginary people for a long time.

When you are born with a veil on your face you are what is known to the christian church is a seer. you are also known as a prophet. your gift was given to you by jesus christ. you need to read a book called the seer bt Jim W Goll. This book will give you more unberstanding and insight to what is happening.you shouls share with the church what you see. you are not a physic and do not allow people to ask you what you see for money.
