What is the definiton of fourth degree assault in washinton state

I need to know because my ded is in a federal prison right now and thinks he is being charged with someing he didnt do

Fourth degree assualt is assualt where:

1) He inflicted demonstrable bodily harm upon someone (meaning there were bruise or some other from of physical proof)

2) If he assualted a police officer, fire fighter or emergency personelle

3) Hate crimes are also fourth degree felony assaults. Those are crimes based on the victims actual or perceived race, color, religion, sexual orientation, disability age or national origin.
