What is the process of inviting my Nigerian fiancee to vist me here int he US for an extended stay?
I am engaged to a Nigerian and would like to invite him to visit me here in the United States and possibly marry here. What is the process? Is there paper work I need to complete for the Nigerian or U.S. government to allow him to visit for an extended stay?
