A salon owner has an independent salon, not a chain salon, and he has spent alot of money on advertising for the workers to make money in turn to make the salon money,, is there , or should there be a individual charge for that i.e, newspaper, radio, internet, tv,, on top of the purchasing of the products,, should there be an extra charge to the stylist on top of commision to balance the R O I for the business or is this just a nice salon owner to have not charged anything, please explain
