When flushing, flapper ball falls into place resulting in incomplete flush
Full depression of flush lever & release; 1, 2 , 3 or 4 second delay before release, none of this solves problem of incomplete flush. Second try, immediately after water stops filling...and water is still swirling in bowl...results in satisfactory flush. Chains are reasonably tight, water level in tank seems to be OK, I just don't know why it doesn't flush properly the first time!
