You can pay your bill using our automated system or via MEdia Net (wireless internet) on your phone using either a credit card or a bank account on file. Please make sure the device used to pay by phone is the primary phone on the account.

Note: For security reasons, there may be a limit to the number of payments allowed per payment method per account within a 24 hour period.

To pay your bill using our automated system:
1. Dial *729 (*PAY) and press Send.
2. Select 1 to pay with a bank account or 2 to pay with a credit card.
3. Enter all requested information about your payment type.
4. Upon successful completion of the transaction, you will be provided with a confirmation number.

You can also call 1-800-331-0500 and follow the voice prompts.

To pay your bill via MEdia Net (not available to customers with a former AT&T Wireless device):
1. Click on the MEdia Mall on your device.
2. Click on the My Account link.
3. Click Pay My Bill.
4. Follow the prompts on the pages. You will be able to pay TOTAL or PAST due.
5. Upon successful completion of the transaction, you will be provided with a confirmation number.

Note: If you call 1-800-331-0500 or 611 from your wireless phone to make a payment, you may be charged a fee for payment made via a Customer Service representative.
