Why do women take it so personal?

And if you are just sitting around while she is up doing things, maybe you need to get up and help her so she knows she is not alone.... After all, she IS married!

She probably thinks you atta KNOW you should be helping her.You might think you just stay out of it ,so it gets done HER way and everybody is happy.But it seems like she wannts you to get involved.Next time ,offer your help and see what she says.Tell her you really would wanna help her.Some peolple have trouble asking for help or they feel as if they are bossing the other one around if they do.Often,very often tell her you admie the work she has done.Praise her working hands.

If your wife is a stay at home mom then she is working two full time jobs in one day. Or does she also work outside of the home and then has to come home and do the household chores? Either way she is tired, she needs help from her partner in life. I bet if you would help do things around the house without her having to ask you you will get alot of special benefits from her because she will be so happy that her man has stepped up to the plate without having to keep asking him. Dont treat your wife like a maid treat he like a Queen help out without being asked to.

She probably feels that when you don't help her -- (1) that you don't care about the things should be done - which could possibly be things around the house - and it may trickle down to her way of thinking that you don't care about your & her home - which is a huge thing for a woman .... or ... (2) she may think that it is your responsiblity to help, and you don't help - and she shouldn't have to ask for help.. and it bothers her ...or (3) she may think that it is a man's place to help his wife naturally - and that the man should chip and gladly and not have to be asked -- because when she has to ask - it is as-if she is the only one caring enough to do whatever -- and if she has to ask you, it leaves any awful feeling ... or (3) she may know/see other women whose husband's do these things for their wives naturally and don't have to be asked - and it hurts her because you don't ... or (4) she may need help really badly ... she might be totally exhausted and needs a helping hand .. or she might be doing a man's job and need you .

Truth is, no one knows exactly what her reasons are .. but whatever they are, it sounds like you are hurting her, disappointing her, and not sharing in the work with her - which puts more work on her .. and maybe none on you.

Since she is taking it personally -- this has probably gone on for a long time .
