I feel for you lol I have very thinck curly hair myself and frizz will always be an issue. The biggest thing I have learned over the years is love your curls, cause you can't fight them, they win everytime. So, first thing is a flattering cut for curly hair, your stylist should be thining your hair in a V pattern, this will help a lot (mine thins mine at the crown and then again just above shoulder level to keep the ends from poofing) I use a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner Nexus makes a good one, and a leave in anti friz conditioner, I use panteen, and on really bad frizz days I use a john Freeda anti frizz serum. My stylist also has me rinse and condition in the shower everyday, but shampoo only 2-3 times a week, this helps alot. My cut is done so all I have to do is comb out with a big comb and then flip my head down and finger scrunch my curls and go, if you really have to blow dry use an ionic hair dryer set on low with a diffuser attached.
