Will medicare pay for my glasses

I have just turned 65 and am not collecting SS yet and am wondering if I could pay my medicare part B with the money I have left in my health savings account?

Medicare states that the treatment should be all inclusive, but for budget, statistics, outcome measures, etc. having the units on the bill helps track supplies and cost. The wound dressings are included also....

So medicaid is provided by the social security adm. Once i retire and medicare is picked up by the state in which i retire. Right?

Is there a provision in Medicare that if a clinic receives medicare reimbursment but fails to pay the doctor? My doctor did not get paid for services but the clinic was paid by medicare for services rendered.
