Will ssi count my boyfriends income toward my son's ssi check?

We are trying to find a house, we don't currently live together. My current living arrangement with my children is too crowded and stressful.I want my kids to have their own space. So if we do find a house will ssi count his income? we are not married and he is not my disabled child's father.
