You need to contact a probate attorney, as well as the attorney that your father used when he drafted his will (I hope he used one and it wasn't hand written). I assume your father is either incapacitated or has already passed? My deepest sympathies if that is the case. Probate can be lengthy, but if she has altered it in any way you may have both a civil and criminal case against her. I would not disclose to anyone that you are seeking an attorney, as she may do the same, and she may have time to round up people to lie for her. I have actually seen this happen. Best of luck.
