How do I change authorship on a cd?

My acting agent at the time my cd was created incorrectly registered the cd. He gave authoriship to the entire band. I was the sole author and composer of the cd. He signed the copyright as the acting agent. He is willing to resubmit the information to correct this error. How do we go about doing this?

Who was the authorship registered with? I would contact the people who the agent submitted the cd for authorship.
