Musical contracts

I need to create a form for selling my music on line; a form that will state that any form of distridution that the seller would get a percentage of the profits.... and a form to release all copyrights and any licensing to the buyer

For a document like that, you'd need to hire a music or entertainment lawyer to make sure every loophole is closed.

or

just release it, get big on the current songs then reap the benefits of your next wave of songs once you are established
