My zen mp3 player quit working

I downloaded some songs now i get to a certain song and it quits working it wont even connect to the usb how do i delete the song or get it to work again

You might need to send it in to be repaired if you can't fix it.

Does it turn on? if it does, you might just need a new USB cord.

Thank you for your answer but i think i downloaded a bad song because when i get to a certain song is when it quits and no it doesnt turn on i have to reset the whole thing

Can you just delete that one song and get it working again so it doesn't just stop like that?
