Can child support be reduced if have a new family

My husband pays child support for 2 children we have one baby together and another one on the way can his child support be reduced because he has more kids

Sorry, that won't fly in a court of law. Since he was tagged for the child support before he had his current children, he really has no legal argument for a reduction in the child support payments unless he has experience a significant reduction in the amount of his personal "income." That means how much he earns, not how much he has to pay out.
