Can i take a loan out on back child support owed to me

Take it through the courts. My ex owed me back child support and they garnished his wages. Now, I know that it isn't a lump sum, but it's something. I actually approached the courts to simply place a lien on his home as I knew that he was selling it soon. However, the courts have a certain way that they operate, at least here in Nevada. The is the frist time I have ever heard a question like this. I would say no. If you need a loan you will need to apply on your own merits. Why would anyone loan you money on something that you are unable to get yourself. You should be recieving his incom tax refund checks if he is filing. The courts usally take it if their behind in their child support payments. That is if you have a cout order for the child support. His checks can be garnished for support also if they aren't already.

I would like to know would I be able to take out a loan on back pay child support payments and what is the eppi card I have no idea what this card is at this moment.
