Child Support questions

Can a father sighn his rights away from his child and not have to pay child support or see the child.

It's not quite that easy. You'd have to convince a judge to let you voluntarily relinquish your right. But that would be horrible.

No I don't believe this is possiable unless the mother agress to it ..And why should she ,,he made this child same as her and he should at least have to help support,,, him or her ,,,,, And I think laws should be way strictor on parnets who abandon and don't support thieer child ,.....If they chose not to be in that childs life that is thier LOSS ,,,,But people grow up and stoop runninng from your responsibilities ...thats my feeling on it and I believe that is most Judges as well ,,,,,,,,,,take care

Have you remarried & new spouse wanting to adopt child?
If the dad no longer wants in picture & new spouse wants to adopt, court will usually let this happen after the real father has coucil & understands what he is doing

Yes if the mother allows you to do it. However you might want reconsider doing this because you can not turn it around when you want. Are you sure you do not want to be a part of your childs life.
