Moving in before we were to marry?

My ex and I aren't allowed to have opposite sex non-family member overnights. Does this mean that I can't move in with my boy-friend that I've dated for a year?

If that is what your order is, then you will need to 1) get his consent or 2) have the order changed. If you are engaged and looking to get married a judge would most likely overturn it, you just need to abide by your order so you can't be held in contempt.

Yes that would include a move in boy friend. Although I wonder why neither one of you can have an over night visitor of the opposite sex.
